Client Grievance Information
It is the policy of the Child Advocacy Center of McHenry County to not discriminate against any individual on the basis of gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation.
Individuals receiving services from an ICJIA-funded grantee who believe they have been discriminated against or believe that his or her civil rights have been violated related to the above paragraph may file a complaint with the Authority or directly with the U.S. Department of Justice:

Those individuals who believe that they have been discriminated against in receipt of Authority-funded grant services may fill out an online complaint form or download it from the Authority website at http://www.icjia.org and submit via U.S. mail to:
